An excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an onsite service in Kingston upon Thames, offering a varied clinical role with the autonomy to make a real difference to employee health and wellbeing.

The Role

• Manage sickness absence and management referrals.

• Provide fitness-for-work advice and recommend reasonable adjustments.

• Support safe, sustainable returns to work.

• Produce clear, practical reports and advise managers on workplace health matters.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

• Occupational Health experience.

• Strong case management and management referral experience.

• Confident communicator, comfortable working independently onsite.

• £45,000–£50,000 FTE, dependent on experience.
