An opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join an onsite service in Bedford, offering a varied clinical role with the autonomy to support employee wellbeing and advise on workplace health matters.

The Role

• Manage sickness absence and management referrals.

• Provide fitness-for-work advice and recommend workplace adjustments.

• Support safe, sustainable returns to work.

• Produce clear reports and advise managers on employee health matters.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

• Occupational Health experience.

• Strong case management and management referral experience.

• Confident communicator, comfortable working independently onsite.

What's on Offer?

• £45,000–£50,000 FTE, dependent on experience.
