£44,000 - £59,000 generous benefits package

IN HOUSE - An exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager for a unique in house organisation based in Oxford. The organisation is striving to be industry experts and to always give their highest standard of performance.

Therefore it is vital for them to have a solid Occupational Health service along with an established Clinical Services Manager who has excellent Occupational Health experience and knowledge.

The clinical Services Manager will be carrying out the following:

-Leading their Occupational Health service and team

-Developing and delivering an effective Clinical Governance

-Creating and have worked on Quality Assurance strategies

-Recent experience in a clinical leadership role

-Risk Management and improvements

-Manage the clinical team and to work closely with others to achieve results and drive change.

The ideal candidate will already be working as a Clinical Services Manager within an Occupational Health setting. You will also be a Registered Nurse with a Specialist Qualification in Occupational Health.
