Role can be based in London, Glasgow, or Milton Keynes.
Our leading client is growing their internal Occupational Health team and is looking for an experienced Occupational Health manager to join their team.
In the role the Occupational Health Manager will work on local and national projects with the other occupational health managers and specialists including wellbeing initiatives, process improvements, risk on their sites and the overall occupational health function.
The client is looking for an Occupational Health Manager who can:
-Lead a team
-Work closely with business stakeholders
-Work within an organisation that has multiple workforce groups
-Can work on concurrent Occupational health projects and initiatives
-Report on Sickness Absence trends
-Review policies and procedures
-Provide support on advice on complex occupational health issues
-Always looking at ways and methods to improve the occupational health department
