Our client is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager to based from their offices in London or Oxford, this role will be to support the Customer Operations Director. This role will be vital in actively delivering a class leading service ensuring both company and external accreditation body standards are maintained.

Main accountabilities

  • Responsible for the management of the Clinical Team Leaders (UK field based)
  • Liaise with the Chief Medical Officer(s) as required to ensure a consistent and appropriate delivery of clinical services
  • Accountable and responsible for all aspects of the Occupational Health operations including clinical delivery and the management of clinical service levels
  • Responsible for Clinical Governance, ensuring all relevant professional qualifications, competency checks, standards and assessments are maintained, and training modules completed compliantly
  • Responsible for UK wide medical centres and/or mobile units, ensuring they are appropriately located, managed, audited and resourced

 

  • Excellent knowledge of an Occupational Health service and previous experience of managing clinicians and/or a clinical service
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment managed by Quality systems
  • Commercial acumen in a medical / Occupational Health setting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize own workload and work under pressure.
