European Technical Support Administrator

Are you a meticulous and service-oriented professional? Do you thrive in administrative roles and excel in providing top-notch customer support? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their UK office as a European Technical Support Administrator!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Hybrid working available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist their European technical support and sales teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone and email, maintaining records in the CRM system.
  • Quotation Creation: Generate quotes for special products.
  • Data Maintenance: Manage data for special articles and configurations in the ERP system.
  • Order Coordination: Handle the processing and coordination of repair, replacement, customer-supplied material, and loan orders.
  • Cost Estimates and Reports: Coordinate repair cost estimates and quality management reports between customers and repair sites.
  • Replacement Items: Work with manufacturing sites to coordinate replacement items.
  • RMA Follow-Up: Monitor open RMAs and provide status updates to customers.
  • Cross-Support: Offer support to CSR teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Work experience in a technical field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • High standard of customer service via phone and email.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and RMAs.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.
    • Proficient in English (B2+); proficiency in another European language (German, Swedish, French) is preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Service-oriented mindset.
    • Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
    • High attention to detail.
