Your Role:

  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide the creation of print, digital, and video content.
  • Keep their website fresh and SEO-optimised using CMS tools.
  • Manage content for customer interactions and internal communications, establish budgets, and support sales efforts.
  • Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs such as website traffic and social media engagement, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Research new marketing trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support marketing initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an SME or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Mailchimp).
  • Strong writing skills for creating engaging content.
  • Experience with CMS (especially WordPress), basic HTML, and SEO.
  • Data analysis skills to derive insights and improve performance.
  • Willingness to take on varied tasks and learn new skills.
