Your Role:
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms.
- Develop creative briefs and guide the creation of print, digital, and video content.
- Keep their website fresh and SEO-optimised using CMS tools.
- Manage content for customer interactions and internal communications, establish budgets, and support sales efforts.
- Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs such as website traffic and social media engagement, providing insights and recommendations.
- Research new marketing trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to support marketing initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an SME or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Mailchimp).
- Strong writing skills for creating engaging content.
- Experience with CMS (especially WordPress), basic HTML, and SEO.
- Data analysis skills to derive insights and improve performance.
- Willingness to take on varied tasks and learn new skills.
