Position: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Huddersfield
Contract: Permanent | Full Time | Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 DOE

About the Role: Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor seeking a dynamic and flexible role? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our client’s team in Huddersfield. This full-time permanent position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 1-2 days from home each week. You will form an onsite team with the company Physiotherapist .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onsite Clinics: Lead and manage onsite health clinics, providing essential occupational health services.
  • Sickness Absence Management: Effectively manage sickness absence cases, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Health Surveillance: Conduct regular health surveillance to monitor and manage employee health risks.
  • New Starter Assessments: Perform health assessments for new employees to ensure they meet the necessary health standards for their roles.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualifications: Ideally, hold a qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma or Degree), though not essential.
  • Nursing: Registered Nurse with significant occupational health experience.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
