We are very excited to be working with an in-house nurse-led Occupational Health department. As an Occupational Health Advisor you will play a vital role in providing a top-tier health and wellbeing service to all employees. Quality is priority, and they pride themselves on providing the right level of support at all times.

What You'll Do:

  • Professional Case Management: Handle occupational health cases with professionalism and efficiency, using your strong case management skills to influence and drive positive change.
  • Assessments: Conduct telephone-based assessments and occasional face-to-face workplace assessments. 

Your week will be varied, with time allocated for clinical triage, scheduled appointments, planned meetings, project work, and training. All appointments are telephone-based, with technology provided to ensure effective communication.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an occupational health setting with a recognised Occupational Health nurse qualification.
  • Skills: Strong case management abilities and the knowledge to interpret health surveillance results.
  • Registration: Must be registered to practice as a nurse in the UK.
