Sponsorship Manager

Are you passionate about building relationships and creating exciting sponsorship opportunities? We’re looking for a Sponsorship Manager to join an innovative events and marketing agency and play a key role in driving the growth of their impressive event portfolio.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll focus on securing sponsorships across a diverse range of events. From identifying the right sponsors and creating tailored packages to building lasting partnerships, you’ll be at the centre of it all. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, attend events, and deliver outstanding customer service to ensure sponsors have a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing strategies to attract and secure new sponsorships.
• Reaching out to potential sponsors via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce them to our offering.
• Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Designing bespoke sponsorship packages that align with client objectives.
• Managing pipelines, tracking progress, and reporting on achievements.
• Attending events (in the UK and internationally) to network and represent the brand.
• Ensuring sponsor satisfaction from initial engagement through to post-event reviews.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone driven, organised, and a natural communicator. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in sponsorship, events, or media sales.
• A proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Confidence in presenting and pitching new ideas.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.
• A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to travel when needed.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus!).
