Occupational Health Advisor – Fixed Term (12 months)
📍 Location: Hybrid (Central Belt, Scotland)
💰 Salary: £43,500 - £45,700 + benefits

Are you a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Health professional to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality occupational health services.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide core occupational health services and health surveillance, while also driving service improvements. A key focus will be:
✅ Enhancing clinical governance arrangements
✅ Introducing clinical audits into the service

We are looking for someone with previous experience in these areas, as this will be essential to ensuring the Occupational Health service meets the highest standards.

About you:

✔ Proven experience in occupational health, with expertise in clinical governance and audit
✔ Current NMC registration
✔ Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health
✔ Full UK driving licence
