What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building strong relationships with both existing and new clients and candidates

• Driving business development activities to grow your desk

• Matching candidate skills and personalities to live job roles

• Providing expert guidance to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey

• Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans

• Contributing to team growth, strategy, and success
