MSK Physiotherapist

MSK Physiotherapist – On-Site Occupational Health

Location – Two sites in the West Midlands (Gaydon & Whitley)
Hours – Full-time – Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm – Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
Salary – £38,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
Type – Permanent

Role Overview

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering MSK care in a workplace setting – This on-site role focuses on assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and ergonomic risk management to support employee health and reduce absence

Key Responsibilities

  • MSK assessment – diagnosis – treatment – rehabilitation

  • Provide fitness-for-work advice and adjustment reports

  • Lead workplace exercise and rehab sessions

  • Conduct DSE and ergonomic assessments with recommendations

  • Identify and report workplace risks

  • Maintain clinical records – contribute to reports and health promotion

Requirements

Essential

  • HCPC registered – Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience including 2 in MSK

  • Strong communication – clinical – and organisational skills

  • Knowledge of ergonomics and workplace health

  • Confident working independently and within a team

  • IT literate and proactive

Desirable

  • Post-graduate training in Occupational Health or Ergonomics

  • CSP and ACPOHE membership or working toward
