Case Manager - Secured Loans

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and highly respected financial services brokerage based in Salford. This business specialises in second charge mortgages and works with a broad panel of lenders to deliver tailored lending solutions to clients nationwide.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing a pipeline of loan applications from submission to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and solicitors. You’ll ensure each case is progressed efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Progress second charge loan applications through to completion.
• Liaise with customers, lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth process.
• Collect and verify documentation (ID, income, credit files, valuations, etc).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proactively manage your own pipeline, keeping all stakeholders updated.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in case management, loan processing, or mortgage administration.
• Experience with second charge mortgages or similar financial products is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple cases at once and work to tight deadlines.

What’s on Offer

• Basic Salary: £26,000–£29,000 DOE
• Commission: £10,000–£12,000 realistic OTE
