Occupational Health Advisor – West Midlands
Full-Time or Part-Time | Permanent | Field-Based Role

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking team?
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their UK-wide Occupational Health department, covering sites across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Telford.

What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Case Management and Sickness Absence Reviews

  • Return to Work Assessments

  • Floor Walking (identifying potential risks or issues)

  • Attending Health & Wellbeing Meetings

  • Leading Wellbeing Initiatives

  • Conducting Health Surveillance and Health Promotion Activities
