Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Occupational Health Nurse Advisor – York (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) + bonus potential + excellent benefits

Greys Specialist Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join a respected in-house team with one of the UK’s leading employers. This role offers a healthy mix of autonomy, professional support, and genuine work-life balance.

You will mostly work from home, with some travel to York, and occasional visits to other UK sites. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a varied caseload, providing clear and practical occupational health advice to both employees and managers.

  • Carrying out telephone assessments, plus the occasional face-to-face or on-site evaluation when needed.

  • Working closely with your fellow Occupational Health Nurse Advisors, admin colleagues, and the wider health and wellbeing function to deliver a consistent, professional service.

What you will bring

  • NMC registration and a recognised Occupational Health qualification.

  • At least three years’ experience in an occupational health setting.
