Location: Grantham & Lincoln (1 day each per week)

Hours: Part-Time (2 days per week, ideally Tuesday & Thursday)

Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (FTE, pro-rata)

The Role

Are you a proactive healthcare professional looking for a focused, autonomous role in Occupational Health?

Working alongside an Occupational Health Physician at two client’s sites, you will be the lead on essential health screening procedures. This is a vital role ensuring that employees are fit for work and that their health is monitored with the highest level of care and accuracy.

What You Will Be Doing

• Health Screening: Carrying out baseline measurements including height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysis.
• Specialist Testing: Conducting audiometry and lung function testing in line with company protocols.
• Clinical Standards: Ensuring all medical data is recorded accurately and maintaining equipment so it remains clean, serviceable, and fit for purpose.

What We Are Looking For:

We need a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload effectively. You should have:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role taking baseline measurements and conducting fit-for-work assessments.
• Attributes: A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organisational skills.
