Sales Manager

A growing and ambitious business is looking to appoint an Export Sales Manager to drive international growth and expand its global partner network. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with real ownership, focused on developing existing relationships and unlocking new revenue opportunities across Europe and beyond.

You will play a key role in strengthening established overseas partnerships while identifying and securing new business across international markets. With an initial focus on Europe, you will be instrumental in building a scalable export strategy and expanding the company’s global footprint.

The Role

  • Manage and grow an existing network of international partners
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and service
  • Identify, target and win new export opportunities across key markets
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements to hit revenue targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Represent the business at international trade shows, exhibitions and client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams across logistics, marketing and product

About You

  • Proven track record in export sales or international business development
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to spot and act on opportunities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working autonomously
  • Adaptable, culturally aware and confident operating in international markets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous
  • Willing and able to travel internationally
